Shipment with ransom

Shipment with ransom – is 1% of the ransom, which must be a minimum of 30 denars. The price is for picking up the ransom from the Base, or for payment in a bank of your choice. The price does not include bank charges. If you have daily shipments that are picked up at the door, the ransom will be delivered to the location of delivery of the shipments. Ransoms are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after successful delivery. (61 denars are about 1euro)

Shipping with return document

Shipping with a return document – we offer our clients a service of delivering a return document from the recipient of the shipment to the client for +50 denars. The return document can be our bill of lading containing information about the recipient and his signature, it can be your invoice or delivery note, or confirmation from the recipient himself. The price includes the delivery of the document to our database or if you are a regular customer to your door.

Exchange of shipments

Exchange of shipments – for our clients we offer exchange of shipments, the first shipment is delivered at a regular price, the new shipment, not more than 10 kg, is returned to you for a price of 100 MКD. In the tracking program you can for which shipment you received exchange or exchange.

Value Shipment – For a price of 0.5% of the self-declared value of the Shipper, Brza Pratka is obliged to pay special attention when delivering the specific shipment. Brza Pratka assumes responsibility for refunding the full value of the shipment in case of loss or complete destruction. The upper limit of the value of the shipment undertaken by Brza Pratka is 100,000 MKD. (Ex. A shipment valued at MKD 100,000 can be received as a value shipment with a surcharge of MKD 500.) Priority delivery of the shipment

Priority delivery of the shipment – can be done not earlier than 10:00 and not later than 16:00. The price of this additional service is 100 MKD. Delivery accuracy means plus or minus 30 minutes of the desired delivery time. Settlements for which this service applies are: Skopje, Kumanovo, Sveti Nikole, Stip, Kocani, Veles, Vinica, Strumica, Radovish, Valandovo, Gevgelija, Negotino, Kavadarci, Bitola, Ohrid, Struga, Kicevo, Tetovo, Gostivar, Prilep, Bogdanci.

Shopping by courier

Shopping by courier – Brza Pratka offers courier shopping so that you give money to the courier to purchase the desired goods from any city in Macedonia. The price of this additional service is 100MKD which is considered as a cost for taking over your money. Upon arrival of the shipment, there is a surcharge for the transport in accordance with the current price list plus 1% of the amount spent for the purchase. The deadline for performing this service is 2 working days if both addresses are in the first zone.

Fixed delivery time

Fixed delivery time – Delivery of documentation or shipment at a specified time with a tolerance of plus or minus 5 minutes of the agreed time. The service can be used for submission of tender documentation. The price of the service for submission of tender documentation is calculated so that 300 denars are added to the basic price for transport for Zone 1, and 500 denars for Zone 2. For Zone 3 the service costs 1000 denars, and for Zone 4 – 2000 denars. This service can only be used for delivery of shipments in Zone 1 and Zone 2. We take responsibility for possible omission of the tender deadline, and if such inconvenience occurs we cover 10 times the value of the basic transport service, in this case it is 5000 den. The specified time in which this service can be performed is in the period from 10:00 to 16:00. Settlements for which this service applies are: Skopje, Kumanovo, Sveti Nikole, Stip, Kocani, Veles, Vinica, Strumica, Radovish, Valandovo, Gevgelija, Negotino, Kavadarci, Bitola, Ohrid, Struga, Kicevo, Tetovo, Gostivar, Prilep, Bogdanci.

Open before you pay

Open before you pay – Service of Brza Pratka which allows the recipient of the shipment to check the contents of the shipment before paying the ransom amount. In cases where the courier service is to be paid for by the receiver, it must be paid for before the shipment can be shipped for review. When using this service, the client should immediately decide whether to take over the shipment. If he needs more time, he is charged the next TPP service.

Test before you pay

Test before you pay – Brza Pratka service which costs 50 denars and allows the receiver to open the shipment in the presence of the courier, to verify its contents and to test the correctness of the goods before paying the ransom amount and receiving the shipment. In cases where the courier service is to be paid for by the receiver, it must be paid for before the shipment is tested as well as the TBP service. The contents of the shipment with the active option “test before payment” are given to the recipient for a test period of maximum 10 minutes in the presence of the courier.

Delivery price is for shipments up to 10 kilograms, over 10 kilograms, all prices should be by agreement, depending on the size, kilograms, content and value of the shipment
